DAJ A PART OF THE
CARIBBEAN DERMATOLOGY ASSOCIATION
The Caribbean Dermatology Association (CDA) was formed in 1992 by a group of primarily English-speaking dermatologists, with its first meeting held in Jamaica. The CDA’s membership has since expanded to include dermatologists from across the Caribbean, including Dutch-speaking territories, as well as members from the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States of America, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
The Dermatology Association of Jamaica is a proud member of the Caribbean Dermatology Association and actively participates in its regional initiatives. The CDA’s annual conferences provide valuable opportunities for members to maintain long-standing professional relationships, build new collaborations, and stay updated on the latest advancements in dermatology. Each year, the conference is hosted in a different member territory, allowing participants to engage in continuing medical education while experiencing the diverse cultures of the Caribbean.
